Our goal is to provide real marketing support, creative direction, and strategy built around each client’s business, audience, and goals.

Services

Rooted Media may provide services including social media management, content creation, marketing plans, graphic design, brand development, web design, SEO, paid ad support, campaign planning, and digital strategy.

The exact services, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. This may be done through a proposal, invoice, email agreement, or service contract.

Booking and Consultations

When you book a meeting with Rooted Media, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your business, and what you are looking for help with.

Booking a meeting does not guarantee that Rooted Media will accept your project. We reserve the right to decline projects that are not a good fit, fall outside our services, or do not align with our business values.

Payments and Pricing

Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. Rooted Media may require a deposit, upfront payment, monthly payment, or milestone-based payment depending on the project.

Work may be paused if payments are late or incomplete. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has started because time, planning, creative work, strategy, and resources may already have been used.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule meetings with reasonable notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Rooted Media as soon as possible.

For ongoing services, cancellation terms will depend on the agreement made between Rooted Media and the client. Monthly services may require advance notice before cancellation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients may need to provide information, feedback, access, brand materials, photos, videos, logins, business details, or approvals so work can be completed properly.

Rooted Media is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late feedback, lack of access, or delayed approvals from the client.

Clients are responsible for making sure any materials they provide, including images, logos, videos, music, fonts, written content, and business information, are accurate and legally allowed to be used.

Revisions and Approvals

Rooted Media wants clients to be happy with the final work. Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service or package.

Major changes outside the original project scope may require an additional fee. Once final work is approved, any new changes may be treated as additional work.

Ownership of Work

Once final payment is received, the client may use the completed final deliverables created specifically for their business.

Rooted Media may retain ownership of unused concepts, drafts, project files, templates, strategy documents, internal systems, and creative processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Editable source files, raw footage, project files, and design files are not included unless specifically stated in the agreement.

Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, Rooted Media may display completed work, results, screenshots, designs, videos, social media posts, or project examples in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, and marketing materials.

We will not share private business information, passwords, confidential documents, or sensitive internal details without permission.

No Guaranteed Results

Rooted Media works to improve visibility, branding, content, strategy, and marketing performance. However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as a certain number of views, followers, leads, sales, revenue, rankings, or ad performance.

Marketing results depend on many factors including audience behavior, budget, offer quality, competition, platform algorithms, timing, consistency, and client participation.

Advertising and Third-Party Platforms

Rooted Media may help with advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms.

Ad spend, platform fees, website hosting, domain costs, software costs, and third-party subscriptions are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Rooted Media is not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, policy updates, algorithm changes, rejected ads, or performance changes caused by third-party platforms.

Website and SEO Services

For web design, SEO, or digital growth services, Rooted Media may make recommendations and improvements to help strengthen online visibility and user experience.

Search engine rankings, website traffic, AI search visibility, and conversion results are not guaranteed.

Email and SMS Marketing

For email or SMS marketing services, clients are responsible for making sure their contact lists were collected properly and that they have permission to contact those people.

Rooted Media may assist with campaign creation, design, strategy, or setup, but the client is responsible for complying with applicable email, SMS, privacy, and advertising rules.

Confidentiality

Rooted Media may receive access to private business information, marketing plans, accounts, logins, customer information, or internal materials.

We agree to treat client information with care and not share confidential information with outside parties unless needed to complete the work, required by law, or approved by the client.

Clients also agree not to share Rooted Media’s private processes, pricing structures, templates, strategy documents, or internal materials without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Rooted Media website. This includes attempting to hack, copy, damage, disrupt, scrape, spam, or interfere with the website or its content.

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, layouts, images, videos, and design elements, belongs to Rooted Media unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Rooted Media is not liable for indirect, accidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.

This includes loss of revenue, loss of business, platform issues, advertising performance, website downtime, account restrictions, or third-party service problems.

Termination of Services

Rooted Media reserves the right to pause or end services if a client fails to pay, does not provide needed information, acts disrespectfully, requests unethical work, violates platform rules, or breaks these Terms & Conditions.

Clients are responsible for paying for any completed work up to the termination date.

Changes to These Terms

Rooted Media may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
